If the customer wishes to cancel his or her order with Ittech3s.com, the customer can only do so within 12 hours of placing the order. In this case, Ittech3s.com will refund the order amount.
In case Ittech3s.com is unable to deliver an order placed by customer, Ittech3s.com will issue full refund against the order.
If you notice that you were charged twice, and you receive two receipts from the payment processing system (that is, 2CHECKOUT, PAYPAL, CCAVENUE or other payment method), do not hesitate to contact us. Forward both receipts to our email contact@Ittech3s.com or contact with out 24 x 7 live chat operators. The extra payment will be refunded in full within the shortest possible time.
We always do our best to assign the most appropriate writer to work on your writing work, however, it is still possible that on rare occasions, the expert is not found. If this does occur, we will refund your full amount.
You are eligible for a full refund in case of a failed Grade. Once your report is completed, we will send a draft/work in progress to check and then the full work once you will clear rest payment.
